2006 Franklin Park Model 5th Wheel ideal for year-round living in Henderson, NV

I have a very large 5th wheel park model home that I am willing to sell at a bargain price! It is 45 foot with 4 slide-outs. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath model with a regular home toilet in master bathroom. Does need some wall repair in 2nd bedroom(inner wall), does not affect living in it however. Also, needs a deep cleaning I am not willing to do at this point. Vinyl tile in kitchen and baths are good. Has a queen bed(in fair condition only)and kitchen table, but need to provide rest of furniture, ie. couch and chairs and 2nd bed. Everything else is provided. 2 air conditioners, one ducted, central heater however I used 2 oil heaters as so much cheaper than gas. I lived in it for 2 years and had plenty of room. It has a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer, electric fireplace with a heater. Also awnings over windows and a patio awning as well as covers over the slide-outs.
